We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2021, at the age of 80, Jerry Broadwater Sr. of Nickelsville, Virginia passed away. He was predeceased by: his parents, Digeon Broadwater and Lilly Mae Broadwater (Kilgore); his wife Mary Ruth Broadwater (Dean); and his siblings, Lois Rose, Ann Daugherty, J. D., Oliver, Rod, Fred and Hughey Broadwater.
He is survived by: his children, Debra Blankenbeckler (Gary) and Jerry Marvin Broadwater, Jr. (Paula); his grandchildren, Chad Blankenbeckler, Kimberly Culbertson (Jeff), Steve Arterburn (Mary), Jennifer Scott (Jason) and Daniel M. Broadwater (Amanda); and his niece Joyce Vicars of Nickelsville, VA. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and 14 great great grandchildren.
Due to the COVID 19 Pandemic, there will be no formal service.
