He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Franklin Hall and Maye Hall (Noel); and his sister Belinda Smith. He is survived by: his wife Janice Hall (Ward); his sons, Donald Snodgrass (Donna Hartgrove Sampson) and Jonathan Snodgrass; his grandchildren, Alyssa Snodgrass, Noah Neeley, Dalton Smith, Hailee Snodgrass, Oakland Annie Snodgrass, Jonathan Snodgrass, Jr. and Adalynn Snodgrass; and his close friends, Mark Dean and William Hughes. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
