It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James Dean of Nickelsville, Virginia, who passed away on February 12, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Vernon and Nannie Kate Dean. He is survived by: his wife Sherry Dean of Nickelsville, VA; his children, Virgie Davis (Charles), Karen Stapleton (Randy Edwards), Sidney Dean (Billie Jo) and David Dean (Joan); his siblings, Mary Sluss of Nickelsville, VA, Christine Saul and Ronnie Dean (Wilma); and his grandchildren, Chris Vicars (Brettney), Christy Harr (Joe), Alex Dean (Sharon), Jordan Dean, Miliah and Jennifer DeMonaco (Joe). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren; along with several nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic those attending the services are asked to please wear a face covering and practice social distancing guidelines.
