He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Davis (Ball) and Roy Fred Davis, Sr.; and his brother Vance Davis. He is survived by: his wife Judy Davis of Nickelsville, VA; his son Scott Davis of Nickelsville, VA; his siblings, Pearl Salyers (Vance) of Kingsport, TN, Edith Salyers, David Davis (Mary) of Castlewood, VA and Roy Fred Davis, Jr. (Patricia); and his grandson William Burke.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Gate City Funeral Home to help with the funeral expenses.
