He was predeceased by: his parents, Bee Dean and Lilly Dean; his wife Mammie Sue Dean; and his sisters, Corrine Quillen and Margie Dale Weddle.
He is survived by: his son Garry; his grandchildren, Chris Dean and Tiffany Dean; his great grandchildren, Sophie and Gracie Dean; his friend Macy; and his siblings, Mae Dean, Eva J. Dean, Shirley Smallwood, Ralph (Louella Dean), Walter Fred (Sharon Dean), Don (Betty Dean) and Marvin (Patricia Dean).
