She was predeceased by: her parents, Nannie Salyer Culbertson and Edgar Culbertson; her husband James Calvin Salyer; and her siblings, Dennis Culbertson, Curtis Culbertson and Phyllis Ford.
She is survived by: her children, Charlotte Fraysier (Johnny), Trish Meade, Jan Rhoton, Johnny Michael Salyer (Teresa) and James Ray Salyer; her brothers, Larry Culbertson (Nancy), Bill Culbertson (Teresa) and Kenneth "Bub" Culbertson (Maria Curd); and her siblings-in-law, Raymond Ford, Donald Salyer (Gaye), Carol Culbertson and Sharon Culbertson. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren; 3 great-great-grandchildren.
