It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Elmer Howard Dockery of Nickelsville, Virginia, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Robert Dockery; his wife Brenda Karen Dockery; his daughters, Brenda Kaye Dockery and Janet Dockery Carter; and his siblings, Dorothy Mullins, John, Elbert and Fred Dockery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
