She was predeceased by: her parents, Sophia Fields and Charlie Fields; her husband William H. Dean; and her daughters, Cathy Housewright and Bonnie Salyers.
She is survived by: her children, Windy McConnell, Nina Meade, Molly Kinkead, Jennifer Salyers (Doug), Gary Dean (Priscilla) and William "Alan" Dean (Joyce). She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
A burial was held on Wednesday, February 19th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holston View Cemetery (226-292 Yuma Rd, Weber City, VA 24290).
