He is survived by: his wife Nina Carol Stapleton Culbertson; his children, William Edgar Culbertson (Eddie), Karen E. Mathes (Jesse) and Sharon E. Culbertson; his grandchildren, Logan Culbertson, Kristen Culbertson and Gavyn Mathes; his stepdaughter Colleen Castle; his stepgranddaughters, Tracy, Nicole and Emily; and his siblings, Reta Fern Salyers, Larry, Billy, Curtis and Kenneth Culbertson.
