She was predeceased by: her parents, William Kelly Collins, Sr. and Ethel May Collins (Gibson); and her siblings, Brenda Hess, Quinten, Richard, Michael Collins and Mikey Fred Collins.
She is survived by: her husband Willard Burton; and her children, Martha Baldwin (Roy) of Nickelsville, VA, Betty Lucas (Ben), Melissa Culbertson (Charles Head) and Ricky Burton of Nickelsville, VA. She is also survived by three sisters; four brothers; 11 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
