He is survived by: his parent Daniel Lawrence Ewald, Sr.; his wife Peggy Ewald; his daughter Beth Anderson; his son-in-law Jeff Anderson (McKenney); his son Eric Ewald; his daughter-in-law Karin Ewald (Virginia Beach); his grandchildren, Tyler Griner (Rachel), Logan Griner (Amanda), Samantha Ewald (Jonathan), Hayden Ewald and Archer Ewald; and his brothers, Daniel Lawrence Ewald, Jr. (Cindy) of Chesapeake and William E. Ewald (Ellen) of Norfolk. He is also survived by two sisters-in-law and their husbands, Pat and Robert Osmunson, and Berta and Larry Brush; and a host of loving nieces, nephews and friends.
