He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Vann and Lillie Vann; his siblings, Andrew, Royce, Vernie Lee, James Vann, Mary Davis, Reva Walton, Julia Fowler and Edna Butler; and his son Andy Vann.
He is survived by: his sisters, Montie Garris and Clonie Francis; his children, Sharon Devillier (Ray), Bobby Vann (Kathy), Randy Vann (Sherry) and Vicki Gray; and his daughter-in-law Ercelle Vann. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made to the Boykins or Newsoms Fire Department or Rescue Squad or to Newsoms Baptist Church.
