We are sad to announce that on December 27, 2019, at the age of 70, Rebecca W Worrell (Newsoms, Virginia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her mothers, Edna Williams and Carroll Williams Senior; her husband Sheldon Carter Worrell Jr. "Butch"; her grandson Sheldon Carter Worrell IV; her siblings, Edward Williams and Anne Grizzard; her son Sheldon Carter "Donnie" Worrell, III (Laura); her grandchildren, Margaret Grace Worrell and Carter Lee Worrell of Ponte Vedra; and her siblings, Jean Gill, Mary Jane Smith of Dinwiddie Virginia, Elaine Lane (Warren) of Jarrett Virginia and Carroll Williams Jr. Chester Virginia (Buzzy). She was also cherished by numerous cousins, nieces, and nephews.
A reception will follow in the Newsoms UMC Fellowship Hall and the family requests, in lieu of flowers, memorials be made to Newsoms UMC, c/o Jenny Bunn, P.O. Box 297, Newsoms, VA 23874.
