He was predeceased by: his father Frank Moser; and his grandparents, William and Joyce Dowdy. He is survived by: his mother Wilma Dowdy; his cousins, Randal Holdren and Amanda Savage; and his close friends, Patrick Rollins, Leo Sandez, Mike, Mary Furrow and Steve Smith. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made in his honor to assist in offsetting the cost of funeral expenses to Kendall Funeral Home (PO Box 38 Pembroke, Virginia 24136).
