He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Williams; his grandchildren, George Benton Williams II and Sandra Arrington (Henry); his great grandchildren, Elijah Arrington, Kalynn Neice, William Neice and Chloe; his son Curtis Williams II (Cassie); his grandchildren, Landon Williams, Chandler Williams, Skyler Williams, David Roseberry, Jase Roseberry and Alison Roseberry; his daughter Dianne Griggs (Billy) of Eggleston; his grandson Daniel Williams (Roxie); his great grandchildren, Alex Williams, Gabe Williams and Abby Williams; his grandchild BJ Williams (Teresa); his great grandchildren, Chase Robertson (Michelle), Chance Robertson, Emily Williams and Wade Williams; his children, Eli Williams, Brady Williams, Riley Dillon, Addison Williams, Ivy Williams, Willa Mae Williams and Darlene Collins (David Robertson) of Pearisburg; his grandson John Christopher Collins (Aloria); his great grandchildren, Stella Collins, Scott Collins, Easton Collins and Amelia Collins; his siblings, Steve Songer (Eloise) of Newport, Kathy Gail Carter (Jerry) of Blacksburg and Betty Mae Breeding (Dale) of Craig County; and also, Curtis Leon Williams (Corinna) of Pembroke, Ecorinna Williams, Kimberly Donathan (Dale), Quinn and JD.
