She is survived by: her parents, Norris Stiff and Mary Stiff of Newport, VA.; her husband Steve Smith; her stepchildren, Steven Smith and Katie Smith; her siblings, Vickie (Ralph Stump) and David Stiff (Shelby); her siblings-in-law, Ridge Smith (Tony), Mike Smith (Sherrie) and Joan Green; and her mother-in-law Charlotte Smith. She is also survived by 7 nieces; and 4 nephews.
