He was predeceased by : his parents, Frank Elliston Williams and Maggie Collins Williams. He is survived by : his sister Shirley Hazelwood; his wife Lura Jean Dowdy Williams; his children, Becky Shaver of Christiansburg, Ann Rader (Joel) of Newport, Miller Williams (Jane) of Blacksburg and Michael Williams (Melissa) of Pembroke; his grandchildren, Kellie Shaver, Whittney Shaver, Amanda Rader Meister (Ben), Josh Rader (Shelby), James Whitaker, Rachel Whitaker Shrader (Kaleb) and Morgan Williams; his great grandchildren, Megan Shaver, Emmalyn Meister and Cameron Meister; and his granddaughter Madison.
