He is survived by: his children, Lisa Harvey of Newport and David Harvey (Lynette); his grandchildren, Preston, Dustin, Jackson Harvey, Maggie Carbaugh and Sterling Williams; his sisters, Ola Faye Craighead and Lois Harvey Price; his cousins, Robert Burns Harvey, Russell Tucker and Robert Albert; and his pets, Fred and Judy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
