She was predeceased by: her husband Harold Vernon Stanley, Sr.; her brother Edgar T. Johnson Jr.; and her great grandchild Breanna. She is survived by: her sons, Harold V. Stanley Jr. (Connie) and Kenneth F. Stanley (Jona); her siblings, Ernest J. Johnson (Joy), Betty Myers, Deloras Ann Arceo (Eddie), Naomi Spindle and Ken Broyles (Lynn); her grandchildren, Brandy (Richie), Raven, Laura (Kurt), Matthew, Stephanie (Steve), Cathy (John) and Anthony (Katie); and her great grandchildren, Carson, Nicholas, Layla, Amelia, Wyatt, Nautica, Mason, Ethan, John Jr., Sophia and Anthony Jr..
A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 6:30 PM at the Journey Church (101 Main St, Newport News, VA 23601).
