He was predeceased by: his parents, Thad Wilson and Hazel Wilson; and his sister Doris Napier. He is survived by: his daughters, Kara Mabele (Gerald) and Kami Little (Aaron); his grandchildren, Jadon Wilson Mabele, Avett Little, Makenna Wilson Mabele and Rosemary Little; his nephew Ricky Napier (Dreama); his aunts, Marie Smith Evans and Christine Wilson; and his cousin Mychelle Koedyker.
Viewing was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Peninsula Funeral Home (11144 Warwick Blvd, Newport News, VA 23601). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
