He is survived by: his wife Calista Ann Moore Blackstock; his sons, Thomas, Jr. (Jackie), Robert (Jan), David (Deborah), Gregory (Linda) and Steven (Suzanne); his grandchildren, Jeffrey, Eric, Katie (Michael), Rebekah (Matt), John, Beth (Matt), Claire (Sam), Jesse, Mary Alice, Brett and Joe; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer, Adam, Lynleigh, Dean and Eli.
