He is survived by: the mother of his children Rena Stokes of Newport News, VA; his grandchildren, Samiriah Stokes-Floyd of South Carolina, Jermaine Winston II of Fredericksburg, VA and Charlie Evans of Newport News, VA; his great grandchildren, Sage of South Carolina and Atlas of South Carolina; his siblings, Adam Eley of Chesapeake, VA and Melanie Stokes of North Carolina; and his nephews, Lawrence "Bubba" Stokes of Newport News, VA and Andre Dorsey of Newport News, VA. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
