He was predeceased by: his parents, Lanthan Howard Stacy and Nancy Jane Stacy (Martin); and his brother Howard Junior Stacy of Wolford, VA.. He is survived by: his siblings, Sandra Marie Justus of Gillette, WY, Rebecca Stacy-Lester of Hurley, VA, Timothy Henry Stacy of Newport News and Steven Matthew Stacy of Newport News. He is also survived by eleven nieces and nephews; and one great niece.
