Webb and Nova Battiste Webb; his significant other Linda Guthrie; his children, Rachael Violette of Arden, Scott Webb (Kellie) of Eleanor and Ian Webb of Newport News, Virginia; his siblings, Beverly Webb of La Belle, Florida, Donna L. Parker of La Belle, Florida, Frances Webb of La Belle, Florida, Bobby Webb of La Belle, Jerry Webb (Nancy) and Sandy Webb (Wanda) of Hampton, Virginia; his friends, Lawrence Brown and Norman Violette; and also, Bobby (Jeannine) and Shawn Guthrie. He is also survived by nineteen grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
