It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patrick McWanza Hewett Jr. (Newport News, Virginia), who passed away on February 26, 2025, at the age of 25, leaving to mourn family and friends. Viewing will be held on Thursday, March 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the C. C. Carter Funeral Home (3700 Marshall Ave, Newport News, VA 23607). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Baptist Church (1415 Big Bethel Rd, Hampton, VA 23666-5326). An entombment will be held on Friday, March 14th 2025 at the Hampton Memorial Gardens (155 Butler Farm Rd, Hampton, VA 23666).
