He was predeceased by: his parents, Brenda Robinson Helmick and Duke Butler. He is survived by: his wife Erica Lynne Butler (Hivick); his children, Emily Butler Redding (Alex), Owen Butler and Bayleigh Butler; his grandson Noah Redding; his siblings, Leon Butler (Stacey) and Angela Butler Nicholson (Darrell); and his stepfather Larry Helmick. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
