She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. and Mary E. Copeland; her husband Carlton Outlaw, Sr.; and her siblings, Georgetta Lee, Reva Bazemore, Dorothy Ruffin and John Copeland.
She is survived by: her children, Geraldine Outlaw White, Nettie Bazemore (Ruben), Carlton Outlaw Jr. (Van), Wayne E. Outlaw and Antwine T. Outlaw (Blanca); her nieces, Carolyn Pair and Lois Bazemore; and her close friends, Susie Holmes, Irene McCall and Margaret Banks. She is also survived by other nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
