She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilean Pretlow and Ernest Hart; her sister Evelyn Ferguson; and her grandson Andre McElrath. She is survived by: her grandson Ernest James Crudup (EJ); her children, Ernest McIntosh (Bo-Bo), Elijah McIntosh, Jeremiah McIntosh (Keyon) and Chantell McIntosh; her grandchildren, Star Scott, Brian Whitlow, Jasmine Aaron, Eryka Shivers and Chance Davis; her close friend Rachel Crudup; and also Douglas Crudup. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; six brothers; one sister; one aunt.
