She is survived by: her daughters, Sandra Pierce, Theresa Rumley and Stephanie Thomas; and her brother Robert M. Hansford, Jr.. She is also survived by five grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made directly to the family.
