He is survived by: his mother Patricia Shockley; his father-in-law Gary Amick; his sisters, Debra (Gene Gelner), Shelly (Brian Dvorak) and Kristy (Greg Rudy); his nephews, Brian, Shaina (Jennifer), Scott, Kassie, James, Matthew (Autumn), Joshua (Marissa), Tyler, Samuel (Emma), Will and Jake; his pets, Lucy, Jack and Harley; and his uncle Carlton Shockley Sr..
