He is survived by: his girlfriend Joanne Brown; his daughters, Karen Holland (Joey) and Kathy Williams (Matt); the mother of his children Carol; his grandchildren, Josh, Thomas, William and Emily; and his siblings, Beth Hines, Mike Hines (Deneace) and Michelle Cain.
