As Jackie Eugene departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Jackie Eugene. Though Jackie Eugene may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Jack and Josie Brewer Bottroff Jack. He is survived by: his sisters, Pamela Brewer Edwards (Art), Lynette and Caroline Bottroff. He is also survived by his daughter, 2 granddaughters, nieces, nephews, and many other family members and lifelong friends.
The family kindly requests that, in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to the American Stroke Association in Virginia Beach in honor of Jackie's courageous battle with multiple strokes.
