She is survived by: her children, Arthur Martin, Jr. of Newport News and Denise Martin (Eddie) of Hampton; her granddaughters, Ebonie Griffin (Paul) of Hampton and Elissia Roberts (Richard) of Carrollton; her great grandchildren, Nicholas, Marissa Griffin of Hampton, Xavier and Annika Roberts of Carrollton; and her siblings, Velma Stubbs of Newport News, Messengeir Christian (Melvin) of New York, Carolyn Bandy of Newport News, Linda Spencer (Elmore) of New Jersey, Otelia Beckett of Newport News and Wallace Beckett of New Jersey. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
