He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Conley Sr. and Inetta Brandon Conley. He is survived by: his siblings, Andrew (Juanita), Mickey, Frederick (Jackie) and Darlene (William); his children, Michael, Rachel, Herman III, Marissa, William, Odell, Stephanie and Jamal; his uncles, John, Barry and Alonzo; his aunt Elsie; and his girlfriend CeeCee.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Rose - Emily Memorial Chapel of C. C. Carter Funeral Home (3700 Marshall Ave, Newport News, VA 23607).
