He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Salati and Helga Salati. He is survived by: his wife Donna Salati; his sisters, Heidi Salati, Judy Mack and Stephanie Baumley; his children, Jason Salati (Cathy), Robert Salati (Juliette) and Tiffany Spencer (Joel); and his pet Gypsy.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society, honoring Gerry's courageous fight and desire to help others battling this disease.
