He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Booker Robinson and George Linwood Robinson; and his brother Freddie Robinson. He is survived by: his wife Gladys Robinson of Newport News, VA; his children, Tawanna Robinson (Tanya Robinson) of Newport News, VA and Jamie Robinson (Angie) of Newport News, VA.; his siblings, Mack Robinson (Elsie), Lloyd Robinson (Shanta), Tony Robinson and Susie Bland (Graham); and his siblings-in-law, Marcia Anderson, Myrtle Dobson (Tracy), George Williams, John Royall and Nelson Royall (Irma).

A funeral service was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Colossian Baptist Church (856 Old Fort Eustis Blvd, Newport News, VA 23608).
