He is survived by: his siblings, Gary "Connie" Matthews, Tim "Dayle" Matthews, Steve "Dawn" Matthews, Yvonne Settle and Donna "Clayton" Castellow; his stepchildren, Cathy "Boyd" Easter and Ricky "Millie" Duncan; and also Brenda. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
