He is survived by: his sister Gayla B. Gomena of Lake Oswego, OR; his children, Gary F. Bill (Suzanne) of Yorktown, VA, Janet B. Martin (George) of Middletown, MD and Barbara B. Pinocci (Paul) of Herndon, VA; his grandchildren, Scott Bill, Karen Thomas, Michelle DiOrio, Janet Brandenburg, Katherine Menso, Carson Hafer, Hannah Pinocci and Connor Pinocci; and his great grandchildren, Hudson Bill, Mary Harriett Bill and Campbell Menso.
