She is survived by: her former spouses, Andrew Peartree, Kelevine Wade and Gregory Woodfolk; her spouse Zachery Smith; her grandchildren, Avery Smith (Michelle), Cole Smith (Amber), Alexis Wade, Alex Wade, Arielle Smith and Zoie Smith; her great grandchild Jasmine Smith; and her daughter Karen Clark. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
