With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis Cann (Newport News, Virginia), born in Portsmouth, Virginia, who passed away on November 23, 2020. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder Malachi Cann and Evangelist Alice Bell "Dimple" Cann; and his sister Gladys G. Williams. He is survived by: his children, Denise Cann, Cathy Coleman (Kelvin), Karl Lyles (Angela), Christopher Lyles (Fonda), Kevin Reid and Lisa Cann Perry; his sisters, Lillian Norman (Fred) and Carolyn Simon (late Osborn); and his aunt Caretha G. Cross. He is also survived by 21 grand-children and 24 great-grand-children.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic restrictions, the service attendance is limited to 25 people (invitation only).
