She is survived by: her children, Melody Briscoe of Hughesville, MD, Jessica Outlaw of Hampton and Joseph Outlaw, III of Hampton; and her siblings, Rosalind Beveridge, Ruth Bonner, Angela Rogers and Antonio Stephenson of Hampton.
Viewing was held on Thursday, February 6th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home (3009 Chestnut Ave, Newport News, VA 23607). A celebration of life was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
