She was predeceased by: her daughter Carol Mann Norfleet; and her siblings, Leola K. Langford, Agnes E. Gatling, Amie L. Taylor, Martha L. Walker, Timothy Harris Jr. and Oswald A. Harris.
She is survived by: her children, Charles Mann, Curtis Mann of Florida, Carl Mann of Hampton and Catherine Mann-Tatum of Jacksonville; and her sister Zakiyyah Waheed-Johnson.
Viewing was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Rose - Emily Memorial Chapel of C. C. Carter Funeral Home (3700 Marshall Ave, Newport News, VA 23607). A celebration of life was held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
