He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence E. Talton, Sr. and Betty L. Talton; and his sister Stephanie Green. He is survived by: his sisters, Denise T. Austin (Bill) of Chester, Virginia and Mary V. Talton of Hampton.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Rose - Emily Memorial Chapel of C. C. Carter Funeral Home (3700 Marshall Ave, Newport News, VA 23607).
