He was predeceased by: his parent Zilla Griffis; and his siblings, Regina Martin, Clareitha Griffis, April Griffis and Elvis Martin.
He is survived by: his children, Dominic D'Amico, George Sheppard, Aaron Harris, Marketta Harris and Nikiya Sheppard; his siblings, Vanessa Graves (Thomas), Albert Griffis (Angela), Terry Griffis and Elmer Griffis; his aunt Marie Dammons; his friend Sharon Harris; his close friends, Johnathan Edwards and Michael Collins; his nieces and nephews, Minister Tanisha Tyler-Graves (Bobby), Vanessa Tyler Crew (Dennis), Leticia Griffis, Ashante Griffis, Cierra Pleasant, Noelle McClarin, Serena Griffis, Apryl Griffis, Carlos Martin, Laroy Griffis, Charles Griffis, Elmer Griffis III, De Angelo Griffis, Trey Griffis and Terry Griffis, Jr.; his grandchildren, Deonna Harris and Adonis Harris; and his cousin James Wynn (Donna). He is also survived by other loving relatives and friends.
Viewing was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Whiting's Funeral Home (7005 Pocahontas Trail, Williamsburg, VA 23185). A funeral service was held on Saturday, January 4th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
