He was predeceased by: his parents, Eddie B. Wiggins and Donna Wiggins. He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Wiggins; his brother Ken; his sister-in-law Diana Wiggins; and his nieces and nephews, Brooklynn McNeil (Josh), Braelynn Wiggins, Harlee and Knolan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the W. J. Smith and Son Funeral Home (210 Harpersville Rd, Newport News, VA 23601).
