Viewing will be held on Friday, November 29th 2024 from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the C. C. Carter Funeral Home (3700 Marshall Ave, Newport News, VA 23607). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Ivy Baptist Church (50 Maple Ave, Newport News, VA 23607). A burial will be held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at the Hampton Memorial Gardens (155 Butler Farm Rd, Hampton, VA 23666).
