He was predeceased by: his parent Bennie L. Ruffin, Sr. (Arginetta Hawkins); and his sister Marilyn E. Ruffin. He is survived by: his sisters, Carrie Ruffin Thigpen, Patti Ruffin Smith (Fred) and Ernestine. He is also survived by family and friends, including his grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, March 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Cooke Bros. Funeral Chapel (1601 27th St, Newport News, VA 23607).
