He is survived by: his wife Ardelia Lee Evans; his daughter Rosalind Evans St. Ange of Newark, CA; his stepdaughters, Tyrese Lowden of Newport News, Roberta Vick (Casey) of Newport News, Angela McNeil (Hank) of Coates, NC and Tammie Willis of Newport News; and his sister Lillie Mae Brooks. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many devoted nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
