Arlean White Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arlean White (Newport News, Virginia), who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Aladdin Parham and Hadassah Parham; her children, David White III and Melody White; and her siblings, Edna N. Faggins, Alice D. Daniels (Melvin), Ida Mae Parham, Lenorris Henderson (Ben), Doris P. Murray, Sylvester Parham, George Parham and Gabriel Parham.
She is survived by: her husband David White Jr.; her daughter Darlene Sanford (James); her sister Joanne Parham; her brother-in-law Walter Murray; her grandchildren, Brittani Fenton (Peter) and Briana Sanford; and her great grandchild Jordan Fenton. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Viewing was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the O. H. Smith & Son Funeral Home (3009 Chestnut Ave, Newport News, VA 23607). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
