He was predeceased by: his wife Ona "Charlie" Chapman Garneau; and his parents, Bettye Garneau and Thomas Garneau. He is survived by: his sisters, Lisa Garneau Borland (Gayn) of Yorktown, VA and Carrie Frances Garneau of Southern Pines, NC; his nephew Wesley T. Porter of Newport News; his niece Brooke A. Quinn; and his great-nieces, Brianna and Isabella Quinn of Yorktown.
